Seen today this 1996 Toyota Paseo, haven't seen one in some years before.

Nice... around here there is still a few Tercel around ( as old as 1991-1994 ones ) but the Paseo is nearly extinct ...

Here it was never a common sight, and now it's almost extinct, too..indeed I was very surprised when I saw it!

Nice find! Those are rare. I have not seen one in years around the northeast (most rusted out).

According to VIN, it's really a KDM 1999 Atoz Venture :dawapeur:

First time I hear about a KDM car here. Plate is from 2007.

A long time ago, possibly in the late 1990s or early 2000s, a belgian "car supermarket" made headlines because it was selling new cars cheaper than the ones sold at official dealers. They were mostly european-made, but sometimes the offerings were more exotic, like korean cars with yellow foglights, so I wonder if those cars were Korea-spec.

They also had some Mexican Ford Lobo pickups at one time...

Very interesting. However, for example, early EU-spec Atos had yellow foglights, too: https://cdn.gcdata.gr/c3/p_1200_94195.webp

On 95 today traveling back from my work I saw a JDM super mini. However I could not tell you what it was it had bug eyed headlights.

I was on the highway driving relatively fast so I could not grab my phone and take a picture. I know it was JDM because it was right hand drive and it was really really small.

The only car I can think with that description was Autozam AZ-1.

^ had those head lamps but it was a hatchback not a coupe. 2 door hatch I believe.

Autozam/Mazda Carol ?

or maybe Nissan Pao ?

I think it was an Autozam/Maxda Carol. Seems the best fit. Wish I snagged a pic.

Did a local European Car Show today, there were around 40 cars total, a mix of mainly exotics, but the show stopper was a 1951 Allard K-2. Never seen an Allard before (I don't even remember hearing about them), it was getting all the spectator votes.

I posted on my IG page if you want to see it and my other top picks:
