Here is one to start the Pinto list. There is a red one in the movie Top Secret. The gag is that a small tap on the bumper explodes the car to the detriment of the mock German soldiers (bad guys) who are chasing it.

has multiple old 1950s cars including a chase scene with a 1949 Mercury.
