"She's Having A Baby", 1988?. I forgot to mention that Kevin Bacon (main character) drives a `74-`76 BMW 2002 before he drives the E30 318i. It is in 2 scenes. One driving scene (exterior and interior shots) during the first 20 min., and shortly after it's parked outside their appartment.
