I know how many of you were upset about the vehicles I didn't capture from the 1979 Peter Falk/Alan Arkin comedy The In-Laws.

But I'm about to add more vehicles, including the highly demanded 1941-47 Chevrolet 1 1/2 ton stake truck loaded with bananas that Peter Falk shoots at.

I told you I had more, and here they are. Since the Mercury Monterey already has it's own page, I've got a 1962-64 Chevy II, a mid-1950's Ford, and a 1956 Oldsmobile. All background vehicles, but still good ones:



There's also a 1963 Ford convertible, and a 1957 Oldsmobile of some kind. Both are background vehicles that get caught up in the chase between the Impala and Monterey.



I can still try for other vehicles, because there was a nice 1965 Chevy Impala convertible and an Autocar truck parked on the side. I'll track them down later.

I can't say if the movie is now completed or not. Only you can say that.

You can post, besides cars with roles in the movie, some backgrounds and you did it. And you can also think in posting a lot of more backgrounds (and I'm thinking in...some users) but that's your choice.

I suppose you're right, vilero. But I still recall CougarTim spotting the '62 Studebaker Gran Turismo Hawk, and CCF getting on my case about a lot of the other vehicles that were passed over. Originally, I just wanted to fill in the blanks that were on that page, even though I found some extras along the way. Maybe other users would like to rent or buy their own copies and post some vehicles from them.
