There was a movie I saw on TV many years ago. I think it was filmed in the early 80s. It was set in the future, and burning fossil fuels had become illegal. There were a few people who made their own fuel and ran fuel-burning cars, and they were called "burners". The key vehicle I think was a 79 Trans Am. Does anyone know what this movie is?
