An email with a summary of all added comments between 12.00 am and 12.00 pm for example, the same as the page 'see all comments'.

Why not check directly the page itself

What I should add is a way to contact a member (private message, or just make something appear on the pages that he sees, e.g. "request comment from member" or something like that).

At a 'big' page I miss some comments when I'm scrolling down. I thought it would be nice to have al in a message. Maybe you can make a report or something of all messages between 8 and 9 (variable).
