A French-built improved version of the Russian TagAZ Aquila (which I hope to see too, but they made only around 250 of it; from that make we only have a few Tager on the site). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tagaz_Aquila
(the article is not up to date, as it does not mention MPM as future of the car)
The French company plans to make less than 1000 per year, as it is produced as a low volume vehicle.

Interesting, never heard of it before (either this car or the previous TagAZ). It's certainly an unusual design (the tiny rear windows for example) and the interior makes the inside of a Proton look like a quality, well-designed product. Found their website and they're offering them for 8,500 Euros which seems very cheap for a car of that size produced in Western Europe.

If the North Americans are feeling left out, it will almost certainly be the 2018 Buick Regal too.

feeling like other German manufacturers ( Audi, BMW, Mercedes ) gave some inspiration...

Definitely looks like a VW CC from behind

It looks more like a Mazda 6, I'd say...

So according to Autoweek, the base Volvo V90 wagon will not be available at Volvo dealer showrooms in the United States. Volvo will only sell the Volvo V90 Cross Country version from the showroom. The base V90 can be ordered, either special order from the online Concierge service or with the Euro delivery program, where you fly to Sweden and pickup the wagon while travelling, then have it shipped back home.
The Bronco concept image looks fantastic, however I fear that it may inevitably get watered-down into some generic boring 4-door SUV that looks no different from any other SUV on the market these days. No pics for the Ranger, hopefully the US will get their compact truck market back again after being completely absent for a few years.

Curious to see the Ranger back . As for the Bronco.. i'll believe it when i'll get one right in front of me. There is so many artists renderings, CGI pics, concepts and rumors almost since the Expedition's arrival back in 1997...
But i'd love to see it coming back...

Waymo, Alphabet's brand new subsidiary (1), will test 100 self-driving Chrysler Pacificas in California and Arizona starting this month. (Some might confuse these mini-vans with ambulances )
If seen in a movie / TV-Series, how should we identify them? Chrysler Pacifica Waymo Self-driving convertion [RU]?
_____
1 - For the record (and people who are little or not aware of IT industry):
- Google Inc. was reorganized as Alphabet Inc. in October 2015;
- Waymo (standing for "a new way forward in mobility") was created on December 13, 2016. It was known as the Google Self-Driving Car Project since 2009 and was part of Google X activities.

Speaking of the V90, I sat in one, yesterday at the Brussels Motor Show. I first had to wait my turn for a while, because everybody wants to try the dashboard infotainment tablet and explore every bloody menu, or take a selfie and post it to Facebook while still seated. And once I was sat, it was a bit underwhelming. The wood inserts are real wood, and don't seem to be clearcoated, or maybe that's a matt finish. The loudspeakers' grilles in the doors are metal, also unpainted. I know this is all "scandinavian minimalism", "go back to the real textures", but it feels a bit downmarket. And I still don't like big touchscreens with complex menus in cars.

A few soon in movies seen at the Montreal International Auto Show
I already post pics of the 2017 Corolla, but looks like those changes are reserved to the SE and XSE, which are the S now splitted in two trims
regular ones have more subtle changes
might be a rare bird to appear in movies
2017 Kia Niro
2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport.. a 200hp Elantra ... Kia Forte also has it
2018 Kia Rio 5 Doors ( sedan & 2018 Hyundai Accent weren't there )

Probably the biggest news since the invention of sliced bread & hot water...
The Ford Expedition finally gets something else than a new nose & tail lights . Power is said to come from the " nearly under every hood " 3.5 L V6 Ecoboost in a twin-turbo form that is already offered in the F-150 with a 10-speed transmission ( i once had 10 speeds but 2 legs powered and not 360 something HP.. )
Like the F-150, extensive use of aluminium makes it lose 300 pounds compared to the 2017 ones
Expedition MAX
( note that unlike Suburban/Yukon XL the rear door still has a cut-out but lower than the regular Expedition )
Regular Expedition
