SP-5000, which has a set back front axle front axle:
This one is most probably based on a modified "cowl + chassis"

the link to the website appears to be inaccessible for me (or maybe it's dead), so I'm not sure if that's them or not. On the logo you can see 3 written characters when you zoom in (possibly written in latin, but I can't make them out). The only clue is that the vehicle in
the photo you provided was taken in Shenzhen. Ouya Electric Vehicle Company also appears to be located there, so maybe there is some connection. Maybe someone else knows it.
