The next Wonder Woman movie has been filming in the Washington, DC, area recently. As the title implies, it is set in the 1980s. Locations include the Watergate complex, Pennsylvania Avenue, and the Hirshhorn Museum.
When I first heard Hollywood was coming to DC to recreate the '80s, I tracked down the casting company and registered my 1974 Cougar in their database because it would be perfect for the setting. Sadly, they never reached out to me. C'est la vie.
Maybe they'll call next time they make a Nixon drama.
