Just an idea... maybe have a button or checkmark on a comment to alert moderators that it has year/make/model/etc data about the vehicle? That may help sort comments that have known car data from other comments--you could have a way for mods to show only those useful comments if they want to make corrections.

I plan to add that indeed (the field for that is already in the database, but not yet used, I added that at the same time as the new contribution thing), but I hesitate as the problem is that many users may use it wrongly...
