It's a late 80's Chevrolet Caprice. I couldn't tell you the exact year, partially because I can't make out enough specific details, and partially because I don't know the differences between the years that well anyways.

Pas de joncs sur le capot avant et arrière plongeant. Et pas de fermeture latérale du capot avant.
