Yes, the picture of the Koenigsegg is from 2009 and the Citroën was registered in December 2011. This means that the Koenigsegg was deregistered (junked or exported) during that time.

Found a useful Brazilian site to run plates (I cannot access synep). I went to pages Afonso already input the model year but did not post any plate information.

Going off the hunch they were real plates I tried about 5 or so Chevrolet Montana (GM4200) and all the plates came back the same as Afonso’s original listing.

ZA VINs are tough to decipher. The normal VIN decoder sites give vague information. I tried both of my sites . Especially for the Nissan Hardbody.
