How do I do this on the database, instead of just the URL being displayed, how do I get it to show click Here etc?
My only options when right clicking from a URL are copy & paste?

Nope. I'm doing something wrong (or more to the point, I don't understand what I'm doing).
The link starts with https if that makes any difference?
