not really from that view ,
the issue is since filmed in Canada it could be one of those local producers too
at one point or another nearly everyone used this cabs in the 70s and early 80s in USA/Canada

it looks like they reused a real truck crane and for fight scene they used toy model with closeups of the real crane

Not that easy to have a fight between a crane and a dinosaur without some fake stuff somewhere, even more in a 1960 low budget movie
