The Datsun thing is a 1977 B210 Coupe with the honeycomb wheels

With a license plate that would be appropriate for a Honey Bee edition B210.

It is indeed chinese. It looks like a Chang'An Star, but differs in some details :

http://www.globalchangan.com/Commercial/251.shtml

So if it isn't a Chang'An Star, it's a Changhe Freedom, which was imported in Germany, according to Wikipedia :

https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Changhe_Freedom_Mini_Van

But not anymore :

The 600 SE script it's very Mercedes-ish style. I wonder if Dodge made it on purpose or what

Probably not as much as Acura wished .... i see some from time to time but not every day like some others popular vehicles... the CSX that was offered before it was far more popular.. maybe the strategy of 200 HP if you choose manual gearbox ( and the obligation to take the top-of-the-line to have it , CSX was available in base/manual configuration) and the drop to 150 if you want an automatic made some buyers feels like they were... cheated ( bon, il y a une Buick qui porte bien le nom de ce que les acheteurs ont pu penser... )

Speaking of unusual sightings, I stumbled upon another film shoot during my lunch break today ! It was in Brussels, Boulevard Adolphe Max, just metres from where I saw the setup for this film scene back in 2004 :

http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_817615-Peugeot-407-6D-2004.html

This time, it's bigger.

http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c259/Exiv96/Car-sightings/IMG_31813b.jpg

It's a scissor platform deployed for a scene on the roof of a hotel. Probably a suicide attempt by the person in a yellow coat.

http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c259/Exiv96/Car-sightings/IMG_31814b.jpg

Next to the platform thing, there was a 1980s Chevrolet Caprice Estate with a fake french plate (département 98  ) but it was moved away before I went back to get my camera.

I did see this belgian ambulance disguised as "SAMU de Paris" parked in the next street.

http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c259/Exiv96/Car-sightings/IMG_31818b.jpg

And this six-wheeled Citroën XM flatbed camera car.

Wonder why XMs looks to be a very common choice for camera cars in France.

Because of their hydropneumatic suspension, of course.

I forgot to mention the one I saw today is painted in flat black, to avoid light reflections.

Nice photos Exiv !

About the XM for filming, this make me think to that episode of Top Gear when they compare the use of a Citroën C6 and a BMW 5er for filming :

Probably yes. At least it is for that reason that Ingo hates that car

It's "LaCrosse". In Quebec, it's slang for... "self pleasure".

The 1st generation was renamed "Allure" in Quebec for that reason, but the 2nd generation's name was not changed at all.

To be precise: noone has the right to try poorest copy-glimpse of a legendary automotive icon as the real 600 - expecially not the worst cobbler-shitheads with one of the worst shit-clunker in automotive history.

http://imcdb.org/vehicle.php?id=703686

Seriously, these Chrysler K-Series-shitboxes really belongs to the worst cars ever made, for deasing- and especially for quality-reasons - so these facts makes the impudence to steal the design, even more terrible. Although they made it only with the badge.
