Okay, Enough silly arguements.! Let's sort them out.
Who wants them and who doesn't.
I'll start the voting by saying a Big 'No'
(Hopefully the majority will agree!)

For the cartoons, I should have said "no" before we started to list them. Removing them now is maybe not a good idea as we have so many
Well, we can be lucky that IGCD was created as a separate site: we do not have to deal with the identification problems that they have for these video game cars, which seem to be sometimes worse than for cartoon cars, as game usually mix several car models to not have licence problems

What I'm thinking is if we don't allow this, how come we allow golf carts? Or electric warehouse vehicles? It seems that on this site anything goes as long as it is a powered land vehicle, even if it doesn't have an internal combustion engine. Because of this I'm not really sure what the answer should be. I think cartoon cars are fine as long as they are well drawn and accurate, of course I'm a fan of things like The Simpsons, King of the Hill and Family Guy, but I don't like seeing things like the Powderpuff Girls and other badly drawn kids stuff. What I really think should be forbidden are models, like the vehicles in Dune.

Golf carts are much more often used in movies by characters than these wheelchairs, and are closer to a car (as two people can sit in it). And what about NEV? They are between a golf cart and a microcar.
About warehouse vehicles, many can be used on road (well, it depends on the country) as I mentionned on one of the two comments pages on imcdb.

I don't think we should get rid of all the cartoon cars, although we need to be more selective. Some of them are well-drawn, and meant to be a very specific car. However, many are generic blobs that we've identified anyways (such as just about every background car in "Cars").
As for the scooters and wheelchairs, they're a bit of a stretch, from that point, we're not far from trying to identify bicycles or rollerblades.
