Yesterday I watched a Walker Texas Ranger episode on TV, and there is
a 1985 Audi 5000 C3 (1 star*), visible a lot during a fight with Walker.

You don't have the episode number or title ? (you could find it in the tv guide, knowing the channel name and date)
Without that info, a background car is quite useless in such series
