Does anybody know what year this GMC Suburban is? This is from the movie Permanent Record with Keanu Reeves. It appears to be lifted and maybe repainted?

Thanks Roadmaster, this has to be one of the crazier Suburbans I have seen because of how old it is and the fact that there seems to be a lift kit installed. This would be a very unique vehicle to have.
