Junk yards and abandoned cars

Many thanks! If there would be the chance for getting the VIN-number, please think at me. Or maybe it's possible to tell the owner, that he can get needed parts from me.
It was repainted? On the first view it looked like getting matt 1974 sunyellow. It looks, if the car was carefully dismantled, not just abandoned and smashed. Maybe the restoration is not finally ended. The question is, what they think to do with the parts - nothing fits to other VW's.

I'll see what I can do with that VIN number, but I can't promise anything.

Golf was very popular in Yugoslavia in late 70's - especially diesel. Even I, inveterate VW Golf hater, say - this little car can stand everything! Too bad new cars don't have quality, reliability and robustness that cars until 90's had.
Something from Smederevo, Serbia, pretty near E-75 highway - 1950-1953 Opel Olympia:

The colour is a matter of taste. If it's the non-metallic "monacoblau", I never liked it.
This blue-grey was not nice, but very common in the early 80ies, as it hasn't cost extra charge.
My father had a monacoblau car, too, a 1981 Passat LS. I remember, when he had bought it in 1986, the first, I've said was: "Can't you bring it back? The colour is disgusting. And it's the shabby LS-trim-line. Why not a GLS 5cyl?"
He kept the car for 10 years - and I made, after I got my license in November 1988, my first own driving experiences with it. My first trip alone for some days was into the DDR. There all the people have looked to the famous, luxoury Western car. And they've envyed me, that I could drive on the Autobahn-border-control-point straight ahead and haven't not to take the last exit before...
@DonSergioMorello: one little off-topic question, please, I got last Saturday, while a barbecue-party at my parents-in-law. My father-in-law has said, that it ws a Yugoslavian speciality to mix red wine with Fanta (for the Americans here: it's the orange lemonade, made by the Coca-Cola Company) and ice cubes. It was common in YU, when he had been there in the 80ies on vacations and it was one of the cheapest drinks, you could get there.

To be honest - never heard of that! I prefer hard drinks . I googled a bit, and found out that mixture is called Mish-mash (Miš-maš). First you put some Fanta in the glass, and then slowly pour red wine so it doesn't mix with Fanta. You get something like this:
When you start to drink, Fanta and wine are mixed in your mouth.
There are several more mixtures made od booze and juice:
Bamboo (Bambus) - red wine + Coca Cola;
Gemisht (Gemišt) - white wine + mineral water;
Diesel (Dizel) - beer + Coca Cola;
Radler - beer + Sprite;
Juice-vodka - vodka + orange juice

Ah, yes, this is the drink, we were talking about - and bout the trick to fill the glass in the "two-tone"-colour. Neither my father-in-law or my wife could make it. Even with the whole bottle of wine, they took for that...
"Gemischt" is a new name for me. I know it as "Schorle". But nowadays as "Schorle" is mostly known the mixture apple-juice with mineralwater.
"Diesel" I know, too. In the Rhine-area you can get "Krefelder", it's Cola with Altbier, the local beer from Düsseldorf. But this can be dangerous. Once my wife ws thrown of of the pub, belonging to a Altbier-brewery. The master brewer and host was getting mad about making "Krefelder" with his homemeade beer.
"Radler" is a Southern German/Bavarian term. In the North it's named "Alsterwasser" (only original with clear lemonade).
The last drink I know as "Vodka-Orange".
There are uncountable mny more variations, but I'm not common with them. This mix-stuff is for girls in my opinion. I prefer always the originals.

The first car is a Mercedes 300 "Adenauer" [W186] - unbelieveable, that such a a car is still on the scrapyard today!
And disgusting painted by an idiot.
Please ask for the price. Maybe the scrap-yeard-owner is an idiot, too and doesn't know, what he has.

A lawsuit about this junked Oldsmobile has been a continuing saga in the local news (it's about an hour from my house). Now it got national attention because the case almost made it to the Supreme Court.

Stumbled upon this this evening:
Does anyone have any idea what type of car this is? EDIT: Since been identified as an early Reliant Scimitar.
