Four mental patients are on a field trip to New York City when their psychiatrist witnesses a murder. It's up to the patients (a pathological liar, a guy who thinks he's a doctor, a guy who thinks he's Jesus, and a guy who only talks in baseball lingo) to rescue their psychiatrist and bring the bad guys to justice. Cute movie.

There's a lot of cars in this movie, mostly of the background variety. For starters here are the ones actually relevant to the plot and/or specific scenes.

"bad guy's car" = 1983-87 Ford LTD Crown Victoria

taxi = 1981-85 Chevrolet Impala

"The activity bus" = 1979-82 Dodge B-Series van.

Police Van = 1983 or later Chevrolet Chevy Van, possibly even a SportVan, but G-Series either way.

Tow Truck = 1981 or later GM(Chevrolet C-30 or GMC 3500) 1-Ton.

Dodge Diplomat.



Plymouth Horizion, looks fairly late-1980's by the insignias on the hatch.


1980-88 Cadillac Fleetwood/Brougham Limousine. It doesn't exactly look factory built.


Buick Electra.


Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon, Honda Civic, Chevrolet Chevette, Buick Skylark, or the Jeep. I can't decide.



The station wagon is either a Ford Fairmont or Mercury Zephyr. The coupe is either a Dodge Diplomat or Chrysler LeBaron from the late-1970's.


Eh.. might be an old Toyota Corolla.



1983 or later Chevrolet Chevy Van, posibly a Sport Van.


It could be another Dodge Diplomat, or it could be a Plymouth Gran Fury.

A lot of these images aren't showing up.

Okay, luckily I was able to get onto a PC, where the images that weren't showing up before are showing up now.

This ambulace is a Dodge B-Series...

... just like it says on the door.

However, considering the type of insignia it has, I don't think this B-Series is a Dodge Ram. I'd say any B-Series from 1979-82, probably a B-250.

From what little I can see of this ambulace...

.. I can still tell it's a Ford Econoline.

As for the bus...

.. it looks like a GMC "New Look." I tried looking for evidence that it may be a Flxible or Flyer New Look, but I can't find any.

Last one, I swear. Was cleaning out the screenshots and came across this and realized I'd forgotten it.

That truck is a Peterbilt, either 378 or 379.

You know, besides my submissions, I'm getting kind of anxious for this to turn up.

The main problem with that is that all the photos exceed the 720px limit, and some are larger than 80kb. They are still very good captures though, but it will take some time to convert.
