When I pulled the images for "I Love Lucy," I made a glaring omission I now wish to correct. I left out a motorcycle.
Episode 5.4, "Ricky Sells the Car," is about how Ricky chooses to sell the Pontiac he, Lucy, Fred and Ethel used to drive to California. This leaves Fred and Ethel thinking they're stranded so Fred buys a motorcycle. They show it off briefly before wrecking it off camera. I don't know the year or model but a Lucy fansite says it's a Harley. And it was already old when this episode first aired in the Fall of 1955.
