Details of the chassis codes Ford-owned Land Rover are using for new and current models.

I can confirm L322, L319 and L320 are definitely correct having worked on these projects at Land Rover Solihull and Gaydon in the UK.

While searching documentation about the Rover 8, I stumbled upon the Ex-Military Land-Rover Association website: http://www.emlra.org/
If you want/need to know what means CL, FFW, FFR, GS, ask yourself how a FC82 look like or wonder what the specs of a Lightweight are, you'll find almost all about this and other (ex-) military Land-Rover stuff on this website. Unless its military (or early-Soviet) appearance scares you away :wink:

When the forum was created that post was indeed pinned at the top, I was hoping the threads could be organized with one thread per make, to keep the number of threads quite limited, but that didn't work at all, so I unpinned that post but it seems I didn't delete it...
