Please, help me identify a movie, car, or a bus model from this picture:

Not much to go by here but the bus could be a MCI I guess. I found a movie with both a MCI and what appears to be the same amount of snow but I have no idea if it's the right movie.

But that movie does not seem to include a car with US flag on the front fender as seen here...

I guess not. But I have another three shots from this movie. Maybe they can help:

Not only the flags are typical USA, also the style of the street with yellow stripes in the middle and the type of electricity-piles.
And the red lamp on the dashboard is USA, too - in other countries, for example in Europe, these police-lamps are blue.

The other photo shows Manhattan from the Queens-side. The building in the middle is the UN.

About the lady I cannot say anything.

The thirs pic is not from New York. I guess Caribbean Sea.

If someone recognizes the actress it may be easy to find.
Else you have to hope that someone who saw that movie passes here...
