Data and Statistics on Australian police vehicles

Does anyone know of a source for data and statistics of Australian police vehicles? I'm currently writing a Role-Playing Game supplement about police vehicles, and I'd like to include more foreign examples, especially those featured in movies. Naturally, "Mad Max" came to mind.
I am looking for data on the 1974 Ford Falcon XB sedan as used by police agencies in Australia.
Specifically: Weight, Horsepower, Fuel capacity, Trunk capacity, Top speed. Complete data sets on the various optional engines would be good too.
Similar data on the 1973 Ford Falcon XB GT would be nice, but as it was not an authentic police vehicle it is not my first choice.
Can anybody suggest a source for this information?

i can't answer your question, but most australian police forces (there are 7 states and 1 Federal) didn't have uprated or 'police' package cars, so the stock stats would suffice. mad max police cars are nothing like the real XB falcon of the era, they were usually just single coloured cars (not yellow and striped) with simple flasher and badge on door.

Thank you for the information and the links.
Knowing that the Australian police vehicles were not (all) specially built for law enforcement is quite helpful. I'll have a much less difficult time tracking down the data I need so that I can include some Australian police vehicles in the piece I'm writing.
As far as the the markings and paint schemes, I had assumed that was the case from what research material I have found. Thanks for the confirmation.
