Ford says it is "available Spring 2015", so it should appear in some TV-Series and movies within a few months.
Say hello to the new face of the 2016 F-650/F-750 Super Duty trucks.

I think I posted this a while back.

I may be the only one, but I totally missed that Volkswagen unveiled its "new generation" of vans in April 2015. It's called T6, or at least promoted as the 6th generation of the van (en, fr...).
Did anyone already see one of these vans (in real or movie life), which in fact look a lot more like T5½ models?

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-uxRERBEOsZk/VS65EnSw05I/AAAAAAAA3B4/kf2SOLSst0k/s500/VW-T6-5.jpg

I predict lot of unknown vans when seen from afar and from the side, as both T5 and T6 are almost similar seen that way: except the side blinker repeater, I don't see any difference

I had this Astro (and 1980s) feeling at first too, but I think that the "Astro effect" is due to the 2-tone painting.

It has in fact the same doors, door handles, side moldings, wheel arches and fuel filler trap as the T5. The front face differs indeed, but one must really attention to see it, as it involves just the hood grooves and a "windshield to bumper side drawing" which has a different pattern (see the "line" that runs from windshield to headlamps, and then to the wheel arch):

The rear part is maybe the most visually different, with more sharp design on overall lines already used by the T5:

It really looks like a bad restyling of a 2011-2014 Kia Optima. From that angle, the proportions of the roof and doors are identical, it's uncanny.

Although some could say the 2015 Optima is itself a bad restyling of the 2011-2014 Optima...

Semi-auto parking ? I have that on my Optima. It's fun until the car bumps into the car behind. Probably a glitch in the system, but I haven't used it in more than a year.

Ugh. What have they done to the poor FX4? If they need a hybrid, they could have installed it into the real design instead of making up such ridiculous parodies.

The new Fiat 124 Spider was introduced at the LA Auto Show this weekend. A re-worked Mazda MX-5, set to go on sale next year as a 2017 model. Here's the website:

Interesting business plan. Why buy the Fiat when you can have the no doubt cheaper and slightly less unattractive Mazda version?

Typical Fiat's way of thinking: too lazy to create new models? Let's take the Mitsubishi L200 and rename it as Fiat Fullback!

Anyway, everyone of these new spiders sold will be good for T̶u̶r̶i̶n̶ Detroit for sure.

Yet more related, difficult to identify from one another vans on their way: http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/toyota/proace/93601/toyota-peugeot-and-citroen-reveal-new-van-based-mpvs

The Toyota Proace, Peugeot Traveller and Citroen Spacetourer van-based MPVs share the same platform but differ in looks

Platform-sharing alliances are alive and well in the van sector, and the latest products to emerge from of PSA Peugeot Citroen's partnership with Toyota are this trio of vans - the Toyota Proace, Peugeot Traveller and Citroen Spacetourer.

Peugeot:

And making matters more confusing:
Absent from the release was a Fiat Scudo offering as the companies have parted ways. Instead, Fiat's new Scudo will be based on the Vauxhall Vivaro/Renault Traffic platform when it arrives in 2016.
