If you noticed the problem only recently maybe it will work again soon - maybe just a temporary issue?

The problem's persisted at least for a few days, possibly longer, for me.

Colombian RUNT has not worked in years. I believe I had an conversation with antp about this in the past. I cannot locate our communication though.

Maybe back then we were already wondering if it still worked for Colombian users, so if we should keep it in the list or not.
Maybe someone who has access to a VPN can try it?
