I keep being redirected to a site trying to make me fill in some stupid shopping survey. Is there a problem?

It’s apparently a well known scam originating from USA. I found some stuff on the interweb about it and reset Safari as suggested. Nothing was downloaded I just used the reset feature on the tablet, and hopefully I have disposed of it. Fingers crossed it doesn’t come back.
It will offer you a free card containing some sort of cash inducement if you fill in your details. I assume that none of us is stupid enough to fall for this, but forewarned is forearmed.

night cub had that problem on ipad too.
I don't know if it is an ad that cause that (I'll report it just in case) or if there was some malicious program/script that installed on the ipad (unlike a popular believe, Apple products are not immune to viruses - it is just that much less of the malicious software targets these systems).
