That is the new theme of the forum, which has the advantage of being mobile-friendly, but I don't know how to apply it to existing accounts I'll ask to the forum owner.

If you force refreshing the cache, you should have the new look also on the other computer (strange, I though I checked that before asking him :D)
Possibly still some small issues, but these will be fixed in the next days.

Interesting I'm accessing this forum on my home computer at the moment and still have the old layout format. I probably will not want to clear the cache information stored on my computer for a while

If you force refreshing the page (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, like when forcing refreshing thumbnails on a movie page after updating the pictures) you should get the new version.

Yes there is something broken. The forum owner most likely made a mistake while fixing some details that I mentioned to him, and now we have to wait for him to come back

I have the new layout since a few days ago, and it's so... white. On my laptop, the columns are barely visible.

Which columns you mean? Lines between blocks on the page?
it is indeed a lighter style.

Yes, I meant those lines. They're even paler than the ones at ForumAuto. But then again I'm increasingly using dark modes on websites.
